Douglas Elliman's new signature building in SoHo, designed by Rinzo Piano, his first residential building in New York, needed an interactive model to show potential buyers the building and different units available within it. We did the practical lighting in the model as well as the interactive controls for the lighting - each unit's lighting is individually controlled by an iPad.
