The City of Surrey is creating North America's next great metropolitan centre and they are doing it quickly. When they needed a video to express their vision for the Mayor’s State of the City Address, we knew it would have to be something unlike a typical city video. We created Transformation, as fast paced a video as the City of Surrey itself - after all, who has time for evolution?
